The plan attached and appended hereto, titled "Uwchlan Township
Official Map," prepared by E. B. Walsh & Associates, Inc., consisting
of one sheet, is hereby adopted as the Official Map of Uwchlan Township
in accordance with Article IV of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning
Code.[2]
The Official Map of Uwchlan Township depicts by mapping and
textual notes existing and proposed public streets, watercourses and
public grounds; existing and proposed public parks, playgrounds and
open space reservations, pedestrian sidewalks, trails and easements,
railroad rights-of-way, floodways and flood plains and conservation
easements.
In accordance with and subject to the requirements of Section
406 of the Municipalities Planning Code,[1] the Board of Supervisors hereby reserves for a period
of 20 years from the effective date of this chapter for future taking
or acquisition for public use the streets, trails, sidewalks, easements,
open space and public grounds depicted on the Official Map.
