Any person, firm or corporation must obtain a permit from the Fire Chief, or his designee, before kindling or causing to be kindled any and all outside fires, regardless of the time of day, year or weather conditions.

Violators will be subject to the penalties described under Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 227-L, namely, for kindling a fire without a permit, shall be guilty of a violation, plus payment of any expenses incurred by the Town in extinguishing any fire resulting from any such action.
