Any person, firm or corporation must obtain a permit from the
Fire Chief, or his designee, before kindling or causing to be kindled
any and all outside fires, regardless of the time of day, year or
weather conditions.
[Amended 3-9-2004]
Violators will be subject to the penalties described under Revised
Statutes Annotated Chapter 227-L, namely, for kindling a fire without
a permit, shall be guilty of a violation, plus payment of any expenses
incurred by the Town in extinguishing any fire resulting from any
such action.
