[Adopted as Title 2, Ch. 5, Art. 2, of the 1977 Code]
Retirement age for all employees of Upper Moreland Township,
other than police personnel, shall be 65 years.
All employees of Upper Moreland Township, other than police
personnel, who are now under 65 years of age, shall retire from employment
as of the end of the first pay period following the date of their
65th birthday.
