A building may be erected and a lot or premises may be used for the purposes set forth in § 350-18 for an R-1 Residence District other than the keeping or raising of livestock and poultry.
A lot area of not less than 20,000 square feet, the lot having
a minimum width of 100 feet, shall be provided for every building
hereafter erected, altered or used in whole or in part as a dwelling.
Maximum building area coverage shall not exceed 20% of the lot
area. Maximum impervious surface coverage shall not exceed 30% of
the lot area.
There shall be a front yard, the depth of which shall be at
least 50 feet. In the case of a corner lot, a front yard shall be
required on each street on which the lot abuts.
In case of a single-family dwelling, there shall be two side
yards, one on each side of the main building, each in width at least
20 feet.
There shall be a rear yard, the depth of which shall be at least
40 feet.
