It shall not be lawful for any person to keep or harbor or cause,
allow or permit to be kept or harbored any swine, pigs or horses or
maintain, permit or cause to be maintained any piggery anywhere within
the corporate limits of the Village of Sag Harbor.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment
for not more than 15 days, or both, for each and every such violation.
