It shall not be lawful for any person to keep, harbor or cause, allow or permit to be kept or harbored any fowl, flock of chickens, geese, ducks or turkeys or the like anywhere within the corporate limits of the Village of Sag Harbor, except for chickens as a special exception accessory use in the R-20 District, pursuant to § 300-11.21 of this Code.

It shall not be lawful for any person to feed geese, ducks, swans, or other wildfowl anywhere within the corporate limits of the Village of Sag Harbor.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, for each and every such violation.
