The Township Committee is hereby empowered to adopt, by resolution,
rules and regulations necessary to provide for the reasonable and
orderly administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter
and to revise and amend the same from time to time. Such rules and
regulations shall be promulgated and filed in the office of the Township
Clerk and the Superintendent of the Township sewer system and shall
be available to the public for inspection during normal business hours.
Any rules or regulations adopted by the Township Committee shall
be in compliance with rules and regulations of the Cumberland County
Utilities Authority.
