The following fees and charges shall be assessed to users or proposed users of the Township public sewer system whenever applicable:
A. 
Reconnection to existing public sewer system for:

(1) 
Residential and commercial uses: $100.
(2) 
Industrial users: minimum of $300, plus $20 for every DCU above 15.

B. 
Disconnection.
(1) 
Residential: $10 per DCU.
(2) 
Commercial: $10 per DCU.
(3) 
Industrial: $10 per DCU.
(4) 
Other: $10 per DCU.
C. 
Tapping fees. A physical connection (tap) into the Township sewer system shall be made by the property owner at the property owner’s expense by a contractor who is either prequalified or authorized by the Township Engineer.

D. 
Bad check charge: The fee for a returned check is set forth in Chapter 152, Checks, Returned.

E. 
Inspection fee. Inspection fees shall be payable to the Township of Upper Deerfield in the amount of $100 per DCU, with a maximum inspection fee of $250, for any connection to the sewer system of the Township of Upper Deerfield.
