The Borough of Zelienople hereby adopts the 2003 International
Building Code for use within the Borough, as though fully set forth
herein.
The following sections of the IBC are revised as follows:
Any person who shall willfully violate any of the provisions
of this article and code shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed
$300 for each offense.
