The Borough of Zelienople hereby adopts the 2003 International
Residential Code for use within the Borough, as though fully set forth
herein.
The following sections of the IRC are revised as follows:
A.
Section R101.1: Insert "Borough of Zelienople."
Any person who shall willfully violate any of the provisions
of this article and code shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed
$300 for each offense.
