Permission and consent be and the same hereby is granted to
Pennsylvania Power and Light Company to erect, operate and maintain
its electric service lines, including poles, guys and appurtenant
facilities and apparatus on porperty of the Borough of Mifflinburg,
situate along the public road leading from Highway Legislative Route
#59008 to Pumping Station of Mifflinburg Borough in Lewis Township,
Union County, Pennsylvania at the location shown in red on the blueprint
plan DB47: p. 109, hereto attached bearing title "Sketch Showing Proposed
Pennsylvania Power and Light Company Pole and Guy to be Placed on
Property of Borough of Mifflinburg."

Said electric lines and appurtenances shall be erected and maintained in a workmanlike manner,
subject to the approval of the proper authorities of the Borough,
at the location and in accordance with the aforesaid plan. Should
the said electric service line facilities, or any of them, at any
time interfere with the use or improvement of said property by the
Borough of Mifflinburg, then Pennsylvania Power and Light Company
shall, at its own expense, relocate the same to another mutually satisfactory
location on said property so as to avoid such interference.

Said Pennsylvania Power and Light Company shall have the right
to cut down, trim, remove and keep cut down and trimmed any and all
trees, brush or other undergrowth on said property which may at any
time interfere with the construction, reconstruction, maintenance
or operation of the said electric lines, or menace the same.

The permission and consent hereby granted shall extend to the said Pennsylvania Power and
Light Company, its successors, assigns and lessees.
