All public parks owned by the Incorporated Town of Indian Head, Maryland, shall be closed to all individuals or groups of individuals after dusk.

The Town Manager of the Town of Indian Head may issue special permits to organized groups to exceed the closing time as specified in § 309-1.
Special permits shall be immediately revoked in the event that the group or individuals in the group are in violation of any section of the Town Code and may be charged with violating such Code.
The individual to whom a special permit is issued shall be held responsible by the Town for removing all trash and debris generated by his/her group's activity and for generally restoring the park's roads, grounds and facilities to the condition which existed prior to his/her group's use of the park.

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, etc., violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty, § 1-5.
