A.
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of the indicated gross weights are hereby excluded from the streets and highways, or parts thereof, described in Schedule XII (§ 220-33).
B.
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed
to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property
along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise
excluded.
