§ 190-20 Speed limits established.

A. In accordance with the provisions of this § 190-20, speed limits are hereby established upon the herein described streets or parts thereof:

(3) New speed limits shall not take effect until corresponding signs are posted.

B. Speed limits–School zones. In accordance with this provision N.J.S.A. 39:4-8(a) school speed limits are hereby established upon the described streets or parts thereof while flashing school speed limit signs are operating, during recess, when the presence of children is clearly visible from the roadway, or while children are going to or leaving school during opening or closing hours.

§ 190-21 Regulatory and warning signs.

Regulatory and warning signs shall be installed and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits as authorized by the Department of Transportation.

§ 190-22 Mid-block crosswalks.

Pursuant to this § 190-22, the herein described location shall be designated as a mid-block crosswalk:
