Section 1. The town of Windsor Locks may make appropriations
to provide for lighting, maintenance, insurance and other incidental
expenses in connection with the memorial erected by said town on the
Memorial Hall grounds in honor of servicemen and women of World War
I and World War II.
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its approval by a
majority of the electors of the town of Windsor Locks present and
voting at a special meeting held for the purpose.
