The Borough Council shall, by resolution, establish a fee schedule
to defray costs incurred by the Borough associated with the administration
and enforcement of this chapter.
2.
The applicant shall be responsible for the payment of all fees, costs,
and other expenses incurred in the submission, review, and decision
on SWM site plans and/or other submissions pursuant to this chapter.

The fee(s) may include, but are not limited to, costs for the
following:
A.
Administrative, clerical, and legal costs.
B.
Review of the SWM site plan and reports by the Borough and by officials
of the Borough.
C.
Attendance at meetings by the Borough Engineer and by officials of
the Borough, as may be necessary.
D.
Various inspections (such as during construction and after construction)
by the Borough, by the Borough Engineer or by officials of the Borough.
E.
Any additional work required to enforce any provision(s) regulated
by this chapter, correct violations, and ensure proper completion
of stipulated remedial actions.
