Authorizing the construction of a sewer in the Borough of Gettysburg from the manhole at the intersection of East Lincoln Avenue and North Stratton Street, thence eastward to Fourth Street and thence southwardly in and along Fourth Street to connect with the main sewer immediately south of Stevens Run at a cost not to exceed $1,400, the work to be done by the proper officials and employees under the supervision of the Sewer Committee.

Approving the proposed action of Gettysburg Municipal Authority to acquire the sewer system now owned by the Borough of Gettysburg; authorizing the execution and delivery of a proper deed or deeds and bill of sale therefor; providing for the execution of all papers and instruments necessary and proper for such purposes; and providing for the repeal of existing ordinances inconsistent herewith.
