It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor within
the County of Henderson and outside the City limits of Henderson any
dog that barks or yelps or otherwise makes such noise as to disturb
the peace and quiet of the people in the neighborhood where the same
is kept.
Any person violating or assisting in the violation of any part of § 95-27 shall pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $500 and/or imprisonment in the Henderson County Detention Center for a period of not more than 30 days.
