A.
No person
shall violate or fail to obey the Park and Pavilion Rules and Regulations
as posted at 2308 Rockdale, Greendale, Missouri, a copy of which is
set out herein.

Sign Information.
| ||
|
Park hours: park open dawn to dusk, park closed dusk to dawn.
| ||
|
Individual use is allowed. 5 or more people will require a permit.
Contact City Hall 383-2577.

|
No loud noise at anytime by City Ordinance.
| ||
|
No alcohol permitted.
| ||
|
No smoking allowed in pavilion.
| ||
|
No littering.
| ||
|
No pets allowed in pavilion.
| ||
|
All pet waste must be removed by owner/walker from park area.
| ||
|
No bicycles, scooters, skating or skateboarding in park or pavilion.
| ||
|
Post Permit when park and/or pavilion is reserved.
| ||
|
Greendale Resident Use.
| ||
|
Maximum capacity for rental use is 60 people.
| ||
|
$100.00 rental fee plus a $50.00 deposit = total $150.00.
| ||
|
$50.00 deposit will be refunded if park area is clean and in
good condition.
| ||
|
Any damages could result in a fine up to $1,000.00.
| ||
|
City of Greendale reserves the right to deny use of the park
and/or pavilion.

Non-Greendale Resident Use.
| ||
|
Maximum capacity for rental use is 60 people.
| ||
|
$200.00 rental fee plus $75.00 deposit = total $275.00.
| ||
|
$75.00 deposit will be refunded if park area is clean and in
good condition.
| ||
|
Any damage could result in a fine up to $1,000.00.
| ||
|
City of Greendale reserves the right to deny use of the park
and/or pavilion.

B.
Any person
found to be in violation of the provisions of this Section and upon
the conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not to exceed one thousand
dollars ($1,000.00).
