Tax delinquencies.
| |
1.
|
No person, company, corporation, limited liability company,
partnership, or association that is delinquent in the payment of any
tax due to the City of Canton, Missouri, shall receive a special use
exception.
|
2.
|
From and after the effective date of this ordinance (5-22-2017)
any holder of a special use exception that shall become delinquent
in the payment of any tax due to the City of Canton shall be liable
to lose the special use exception after a hearing before the Board
of Aldermen of the City of Canton, Missouri.
