Tax delinquencies.
1.
No person, company, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or association that is delinquent in the payment of any tax due to the City of Canton, Missouri, shall receive a special use exception.
2.
From and after the effective date of this ordinance (5-22-2017) any holder of a special use exception that shall become delinquent in the payment of any tax due to the City of Canton shall be liable to lose the special use exception after a hearing before the Board of Aldermen of the City of Canton, Missouri.
