A.
Resident
owners of motor vehicles shall pay an annual license fee for each
motor vehicle subject to such tax in the following amounts:
For motor vehicles other than commercial motor vehicles:
Motor vehicles: $3.50.
Motorcycles: $2.00.
B.
Residents
of the City who are sixty-five (65) years of age or older shall be
entitled to receive a refund of the fee for one (1) vehicle by producing
to the City Clerk/City Administrator a valid driver's license and
proof of license fee paid.
