Section 360.010 Application of Chapter.

The provisions of this Title prohibiting the standing or parking of a vehicle shall apply at all times or at those times herein specified or as indicated on official signs except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a Police Officer or official traffic control device.

Section 360.020 Regulations Not Exclusive.

The provisions of this Title imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person from the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles in specified places or at specified times.

Section 360.030 Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets.

When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets described by ordinance.

Section 360.035 Parking Prohibited at Any Time Upon the Streets of the City.

A. 
Except as provided in Subsection (B) hereof, no parking shall be allowed upon any street except designated areas in the City of Truesdale by any motor vehicle, except City employees, emergency vehicles, and Law Enforcement Officers in the performance of their duties.
B. 
Parking will be allowed on the following streets:
1. 
Parking on the west side of Laura Street from 215 Laura Street to 223 Laura Street.
2. 
Parking on the east and west sides of Bolm Lane from 125 Bolm Lane to 127 Bolm Lane.
3. 
Parking allowed on the east and west side of Conrad Circle and Naomi Street.
C. 
Any violations of this Section shall be punishable by a fine of five dollars ($5.00) up to two hundred dollars ($200.00).

Section 360.040 Parking Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets.

When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified by ordinance of any day except Sunday and public holidays within the districts or upon any of the streets described by ordinance.

Section 360.045 Boone's Hollow Estates — Restrictions.

A. 
There shall be no parking on the south side of the street in the subdivision Boone's Hollow Estates at any time.
B. 
When there is two (2) inches or more of snow on the ground, there shall be no parking on the cul-de-sac of Boone's Hollow Estates.
C. 
There shall be an eighteen thousand (18,000) pound limit on any motor vehicle in Boone's Hollow Estates.
D. 
There shall be no construction trailers allowed to remain after normal business hours within Boone's Hollow Estates.
E. 
Any person in violation of this Section is subject to a fine of one dollar ($1.00) up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or one (1) day up to ninety (90) days in jail, or both.

Section 360.050 Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets.

When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle between the hours specified by ordinance of any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district or upon any of the streets described by ordinance.

Section 360.060 Parking Signs Required.

Whenever by this Title or any ordinance of the City any parking time limit is imposed or parking is prohibited on designated streets, it shall be the duty of the City to erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof and no such regulations shall be effective unless said signs are erected and in place at the time of any alleged offense.

Section 360.070 Commercial Vehicles Prohibited From Using Certain Streets.

In cases where an equally direct and convenient alternate route is provided, an ordinance may describe and signs may be erected giving notice thereof that no persons shall operate any commercial vehicle upon streets or parts of streets so described except those commercial vehicles making deliveries thereon.

Section 360.080 Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited on Pinckney Street and South Street.

No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle at any time on South Street from the intersection of Pinckney Street going west to West Street and Pinckney Street from South Street going south to the City limits of the City of Truesdale.

Section 360.090 Parking of Trailers on Streets Prohibited.

No person shall park any mobile home, trailer or other device which is mounted on wheels and is not self-propelled on any public street, unless it is attached to a motor vehicle.
