Child day care centers and group day homes as defined in G.S.
Ch. 368a, § 19a-77, and licensed by the State of Connecticut's
Department of Public Health pursuant to G.S. Ch. 368a, § 19a-80,
are required to register annually with the director of health. A fee
of $100 payable to the Town shall accompany the registration.
