§ 7-7 Emergency Management Director.

The Emergency Management Department shall be headed by an Emergency Management Director, appointed by the Mayor, subject to review of the Council as provided in Section 2-10 of the Charter.

§ 7-8 Responsibilities.

The Emergency Management Department shall be responsible for the implementation of the so-called "civil defense law," Chapter 639 of the Acts of 1950, as amended.[1]
