There shall be established an Arts and Cultural Commission for
the purpose of facilitating the continuation and development of the
arts and cultural activities.
Such commission shall consist of not less than seven members
nor more than 15 members.
Members shall be appointed by the Board of Selectmen for four-year
overlapping terms. Members shall be appointed from nominees submitted
to the Board of Selectmen from various community and municipal organizations
and from at-large applicants. At-large applicants may apply directly
to the Board of Selectmen for appointment.
