A. 
Prior to the preparation of the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall consult with the Commission and others (see Article VI, Section 410.310) in order to familiarize himself/herself with the standards established in these regulations and the provisions of the Comprehensive Plan affecting the land proposed to be subdivided. Preliminary plans for the water and sewage disposal systems shall be approved by the Health Department, State Division of Health and State Water Pollution Board prior to filing a preliminary plat with the Commission.
B. 
Plans, profiles and cross sections shall be submitted (vertical scale of no greater than twenty (20) feet to the inch) for: each proposed street (including grade, width and type of pavement), stormwater drainage, grading and any other improvements being proposed.
C. 
The plat shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission at least ten (10) working days prior to the meeting when said plat will be reviewed. The Planning and Zoning Commission may require a thirty (30) day review period before granting approval or denial of said plat.
