It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or to park a pedalcycle
on any sidewalk in the Borough of Honey Brook.

Any person who violates any provision of §
15-601 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $10 and costs.

1. Definitions. For the purpose of this Section, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
SKATEBOARD
A single platform which is mounted on wheels having no mechanism
or other device with which to steer or control the direction of movement
thereof while being used, operated or ridden.
2. No person shall use, operate or ride upon any skateboard in any public
park, tennis court or public parking lot or public parking garage
or public sidewalk or upon any street or other public property (except
for public skateboard facilities and publically sponsored or authorized
skateboard events) within the corporate limits of Honey Brook Borough.
Further, no person shall ride, propel, push or otherwise operate a
skateboard upon any private parking lots within the corporate limits
of Honey Brook Borough. Further, no person shall ride, propel, push
or otherwise operate a skateboard upon any private property without
first obtaining the written consent of the owner of such private property.
3. Violations and Penalties.
A. Any person violating any provisions of this Section shall be deemed
guilty of a summary proceeding and upon conviction thereof shall be
sentenced to a fine for the first offense of not less than $5 nor
more than $10 and for a second or subsequent offense shall be fined
not less than $10 nor more than $25 and shall pay the cost of prosecution.
B. For the purposes of this Section, each day that a violation occurs
shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
