Every owner or tenant of any land abutting upon the public highways of the Township shall remove all snow and ice from the abutting sidewalks of such highways within 24 hours after precipitation ceases to fall.[1]

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, throw or place any snow or ice upon any portion of a street or public highway in the Town; except, however, that snow or ice removed from that portion of the property commonly known as the "sidewalk area" may be deposited in the street or highway within three feet of the curbline of same.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, throw or place any snow or ice upon any portion of the walkway or driveway of a neighbor's property, or where it would otherwise obstruct means of egress and ingress of said property, unless given prior permission by the owner of adjoining property.
