The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
A. 
No person, firm or corporation shall park a truck, trailer or bus on any municipal street or portion thereof within the Township of Cranford between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
B. 
This section shall not apply to any vehicle hereinabove enumerated which shall have a manufacturer's rated carrying capacity of 1/2 ton or less.
C. 
For the purposes of this section, unless another meaning is clearly apparent, the classes of vehicles hereinabove enumerated shall be defined by the Motor Vehicle Law of the State of New Jersey and N.J.S.A. 39:1-1.

No person shall park any vehicle at any time upon any street or municipal parking lot for the purpose of:
A. 
Displaying such vehicle for sale; or
B. 
Cleaning, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIII (§ 410-66), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 410-67), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XV (§ 410-68) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVI (§ 410-69) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the indicated time shown in Schedule XVII (§ 410-70) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVII of any day, Sundays and public holidays excluded, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets, parts of streets or municipal lots described in said Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVIII (§ 410-71), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.
A. 
The locations described in Schedule XIX (§ 410-72), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
B. 
Those spaces designated, when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, shall, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of every day except Sunday and public holidays, be reserved for the expeditious loading and unloading of commercial products.
C. 
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or period of time other than for the purpose of loading or unloading at any place marked as a loading zone during the hours when regulations applicable to such loading zones are effective.
The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 410-73), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XXI (§ 410-74), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.

No person without a special vehicle identification card shall park any motor vehicle in a restricted parking space designated for use by handicapped persons pursuant to Title 39 of the New Jersey statutes and this chapter.[1] Any person violating this section shall be subject to the penalties set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-197(3)c.
