Town of Windham, CT Article IX Natchaug-Willimantic Revitalization Zone

Sec. 10-107 Adoption of strategic plan.

The Natchaug-Willimantic Revitalization Zone Strategic Plan is approved and adopted pursuant to Section 7-602 of the Connecticut General Statutes as presented in the attached document.[1]

Sec. 10-108 Amendment of strategic plan.

The strategic plan may be amended in the future by resolution of the Town of Windham Board of Selectmen.

Sec. 10-109 Revitalization Zone Committee; implementation of plan.

The Natchaug-Willimantic Neighborhood Revitalization Zone Committee is charged with the task of implementation of the strategic plan.

Sec. 10-110 Submission of reports.

The Natchaug-Willimantic Neighborhood Revitalization Zone Committee submits reports on implementation of the strategic plan pursuant to Section 7-602 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
