1. 
If a mobile home is erected and maintained as a single-family dwelling other than in a mobile home park, the following requirements shall be met:
A. 
The lot or parcel of land upon which the mobile home is located shall conform with the minimum lot size requirements contained in Part 4.
B. 
The mobile home shall be located in conformance with all front, side and rear yard set-back requirements contained in Part 4.
C. 
The mobile home shall be placed upon and securely fastened to a frost-free foundation or footer. In no instance shall it be placed upon jacks, loose blocks, etc., or other similar arrangements.
D. 
An enclosure of compatible design and material shall be erected around the entire base of the mobile home. Such enclosure shall provide sufficient ventilation to inhibit decay and deterioration of the structure.
E. 
The mobile home shall be connected to public water and sewer systems, if available. If not, the owner shall provide a portable water supply for his own well and shall provide a septic system that shall meet the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources.
F. 
The lot or parcel shall be seeded and landscaped.
G. 
Any garage, utility shed or other similar building or structure shall conform with all applicable zoning and Building Code requirements, if such are in existence.
H. 
Any single mobile home shall meet the specifications for manufacture of mobile homes as set forth in U. S. Standards Institute, Standards for Mobile Homes, USA Standard A 119.1-1969, NFPA No. 501B-1968, and any subsequent modification or amendment of such standards.
I. 
No person shall allow any mobile home, recreational vehicle, or trailer of any kind to stand upon any of the streets or roads in the Township without being attached to a motor vehicle; nor shall any occupied recreational vehicle or mobile home which is not affixed to real estate be permitted to stand overnight anywhere in the Township except in a licensed mobile home or recreational vehicle park.
