2015-23. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Any limousine service with a principal place of business located
within the Township of Woolwich shall establish compliance in all
respects with N.J.S.A. 16-13 et seq. The limousine company is responsible
to update the Township's records any time a limousine is taken
out of service or a new limousine or limousines is/are added to the
fleet.
As part of the application process, the limousine company shall
establish full compliance with N.J.S.A. 48:16-14, governing insurance
policies on limousines.
