A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain or for any property owner or occupant to allow to be erected or maintained on any property within the City, any fence equipped with or having barbed wire, spikes, or any similar device or any electrical charge sufficient to cause an electric shock.
B. 
It shall, however, not be unlawful, under this Section to maintain a barbed wire fence so long as said barbed wire is at least six (6) feet above the ground and at least one (1) foot within the property line of the owner's or occupant's property and so long as said property is located within an industrial or business zoning classification.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business, occupation or avocation of fortunetelling, clairvoyance, crystal gazing, spiritualism, mediumism, necromancy, astrology, phrenology, palmistry, seerism or other occult art or craft in the City.

It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, operate, maintain, open, keep or conduct any tourist camp, cabin camp, tourist resort, trailer camp or trailer park of whatsoever kind, used, maintained, advertised or held out to the public to be a place where sleeping accommodations or trailer parking facilities are furnished for pay to transient or permanent guests in which two (2) or more trailers or two (2) or more cabins, whether in combination or under separate roofs, are furnished for the accommodation of guests.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park anywhere in the City a residence trailer for the purpose of residing therein, or permitting such trailer to be used for residence purposes.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to reside in a trailer, or movable or portable residence unit, anywhere in the City.

It shall be unlawful for any real estate agent, salesman or broker, or any agent thereof, directly or indirectly to solicit, or attempt to solicit, any owner of single-family residential real property located within the City for the purpose of having such owner sell, rent or lease any such single-family residential property, for the purpose of having such owner list for sale, rent or lease any such single-family residential property or for the purpose of having such owner list for sale, rent or lease, any such single-family residential real estate located within the City.
