Fees shall be established by the Borough of Hatfield to cover plan review and construction inspection costs incurred by the Borough of Hatfield. All fees shall be paid by the applicant at the time of SWM site plan submission. A review and inspection fee schedule shall be established by resolution of the Borough of Hatfield based on the size of the regulated activity and based on the Borough of Hatfield's costs for reviewing SWM site plans and conducting inspections pursuant to § 26-141. The Borough of Hatfield shall periodically update the review and inspection fee schedule to ensure that review costs are adequately reimbursed.

The fees required by this Part (unless otherwise waived by the Borough
of Hatfield) shall, at a minimum, cover:
A.
Administrative costs.
B.
The review of the stormwater (SWM) site plan by the Borough of Hatfield.
C.
The review of as-built drawings.
D.
The site inspections.
E.
The inspection of SWM facilities and drainage improvements during
construction.
F.
The final inspection at the completion of the construction of the
SWM facilities and drainage improvements presented in the SWM site
plan.
G.
Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated
by this Part, correct violations, and assure proper completion of
stipulated remedial actions.
H.
The cost of preparing, approving and recording any stormwater operation
and maintenance agreements or easements necessary for the operation
and maintenance of any BMP or stormwater facility.
