A.
The Board of Aldermen approves the payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT).
B.
In lieu of taxes, the City Clerk shall collect and pay into the General
Fund of the City of Sparta, annually, seven percent (7%) of the revenue
collections for water and sewer municipal sales supplied by the City's
utility departments as a payment in lieu of taxes.
