A lot consolidation shall comply with the general standards
prescribed in this chapter except as permitted otherwise by this article.
Lots of record proposed to be consolidated shall be contiguous
to each other.
Lots of record proposed to be consolidated shall be located
wholly in the Town unless permitted otherwise by the Town Attorney.
Lots of record located within a NYS certified agricultural district
cannot be consolidated with lots of record that are not located within
a NYS certified agricultural district.
Lots of record proposed to be consolidated shall have the same
owner.
Lots of record proposed to be consolidated shall not create
a new or modify an existing road.
Lots of record proposed to be consolidated shall be located
in the same school district.
