All provisions pertaining to the proper design of sewers as contained in Article V, § 125-27 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law are adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
All provisions pertaining to new sewers subject to approval, fees, inspections, testing, and reports as contained in Article V, § 125-28 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law are adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
The provisions, rules and regulations pertaining to new sewers, sewer extensions or sewer replacements, as contained in Article V, §§ 125-29 through 125-36 and 125-38 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law, are adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
A. 
All sanitary sewers and extensions to sanitary sewers constructed at the applicant's expense, after final approval and acceptance by the Superintendent, and concurrence by the Town Board, shall become the property of the Town following dedication, and shall thereafter be operated and maintained by the Town of Farmington, per contractual agreement with the Town of Farmington.
B. 
Acceptance by the Superintendent and concurrence by the Town Board shall only be granted upon satisfaction of the requirements as set forth in Article V, § 125-37 of the Farmington Sewer Use Law.
