The operation of motorcycles, motorized bicycles, motorized
scooters, motorized skateboards, or any motorized method of transportation
shall be prohibited on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.
A.
Motorized
wheelchairs, scooters, tricycles or any other motorized method of
transportation devised for use by a disabled person shall be exempted
from this prohibition; and
B.
Motorized
wheelchairs, scooters, tricycles or any other motorized method of
transportation devised for use by the Atlantic City Police Department
or casino security personnel shall be exempted from this prohibition;
and

C.
Nothing
in this article shall be read to prohibit the issuance of permits
to operate motorized vehicles for special events.
