Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute,
any person violating any of the provisions of this Part 1 shall, upon
conviction thereof, be liable for a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment
in the county jail for not more than 60 days or both, in the discretion
of the Municipal Court Judge before whom such violation is heard and
conviction made.
