The basic civil and contractual rights and obligations contained
in the ordinances of the City of Perth Amboy shall be extended to
persons eighteen (18) years of age or older.
This chapter shall amend any ordinance of the City of Perth
Amboy in effect that:
A.
Specifies the age of majority as being twenty-one (21) years of age
or older.
B.
Specifies the age of legal capacity as being twenty-one (21) years
of age or older.
C.
Classifies a person as a minor without specifying an age of majority
or an age of legal capacity.
D.
Specifies the minimum age for employment in any municipal position
or municipal positions as twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
