The use of three-wheel vehicles known as "PPV's" (people-powered
vehicles) and similar vehicles containing a low-slung aircraft-type
three-wheel stance is hereby prohibited on all public rights-of-way
and public grounds in the Borough of Wildwood Crest during the period
from May 15 through September 30 in each year.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed
$2,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final passage
and publication as provided by law.
