[Adopted 11-11-2020 by Ord. No. 20-21]
Any existing use of possessing, keeping or maintaining farm
animals existing prior to the effective date of this article shall
become and be considered a preexisting nonconforming use, provided
the owner registers the use with the Zoning Officer within the time
provided by the Municipal Land Use Law.[1] This provision shall not allow replacement of animals
in numbers greater than permitted by this chapter.
