B.
It is the responsibility of the owner of the property to see that any contractor shall build and maintain temporary fences of brightly-colored plastic tree protection fencing and signage so that construction workers can clearly see zones from where equipment must be kept clear. Signage will indicate "DO NOT ENTER," "DO NOT REMOVE," or other messages that communicate the importance of the tree protection fencing. Tree protection fence must be maintained at all times. It cannot be removed at any time during the construction. Upon completion of construction, all barriers, fencing, and debris shall be removed from the site by the contractor.

Root pruning, a tree protection measure, must be completed by qualified experts (Forester or ISA or other certified Arborist) prior to any construction.
F.
Attachment of any signage or fencing to any tree is strictly prohibited.
