The establishment of retail recreational use marihuana/cannabis
dispensaries and on-site marihuana/cannabis consumption establishments
within the municipal boundaries of the Town of Southeast is hereby
prohibited.
This article shall take effect immediately upon filing with
the Secretary of State of the State of New York.
