[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee
of the Township of Harmony 4-1-1980 by Ord. No. 0:80-4 (Ch.
39 of the 1990 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Municipal Tax Collector is hereby designated
as the official to issue, upon receipt of a proper application therefor
and payment of the fees provided under N.J.S.A. 54:5-14 and 54:5-15,
a certificate certifying the taxes or other municipal liens or charges,
exclusive of assessments, levied against the property described in
the application which are liens thereon at the date of the certificate.

For the issuance of the certificate hereinbefore mentioned in § 108-1 hereof, the Municipal Tax Collector shall receive a salary of $1,000 per year.
The Harmony Township Clerk is hereby designated
as the official to issue, upon receipt of a proper application therefor
and payment of the fees provided under N.J.S.A. 54:5-14 and 54:5-15,
a certificate certifying the municipal assessments levied or assessed
against the property described in the application which are liens
thereon at the date of the certificate.

For the issuance of the certificate hereinbefore mentioned in § 108-3 hereof, the Harmony Township Clerk shall receive a salary of $1,000 per year.
