Any suspension, revocation or nonrenewal of a license pursuant
to this Part 1, or any suspension, revocation or nonrenewal of a CRC-issued
license or permit for the operation, or any adjudication of felony
criminal guilt by the cannabis business or its principals shall constitute
an automatic revocation of a Borough license issued pursuant to this
Part 1, at which time the operation shall immediately cease. A criminal
adjudication voids and prohibits any future reinstatement of a Borough
license.
