A. There
is created and established a Sewer Committee which shall consist of
five (5) members, including one (1) Trustee, to be appointed by the
Board of Trustees.
B. Initially
the Chair of the Sewer Committee shall be appointed by the Chair of
the Board of Trustees and approved by the Board; thereafter, the Sewer
committee shall elect its Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary from among
the members. The term of the Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary shall
be for one (1) year, with eligibility for reelection.

The Sewer Committee shall hold a regular meeting each month.
Special meetings may be called at any time by the Chair of the Sewer
Committee.

The Committee shall adopt rules for the transaction of business
and keep a record of its proceedings. These records shall be public
records.

The Chair of the Sewer Committee, or a member designated by
him/her, shall report to the Board of Trustees on the Sewer Committee's
meetings and activities at the regular meetings of the Board of Trustees.
