There shall be a Town Sergeant appointed by the Council to serve
for a term of office concurrent with that of the Council and until
his successor is appointed and qualified. The powers and duties of
said office shall be as prescribed by law and ordinance.
There shall be one or more auctioneers appointed by the Council.
The powers and procedure of said office shall be as prescribed by
law and ordinance.
There shall be a Town Sealer of Weights and Measures appointed
by the Manager. The powers and duties of said officer shall be prescribed
by law and ordinance.
The Council shall create or abolish by ordinance such advisory
boards, commissions or committees as may be required by law or may
from time to time be deemed necessary and the members of such boards,
commissions or committees shall be appointed by the Council.
