A. 
Any topic related to the business of the Town timely requested by at least two Town of Boonton Council members shall be listed on such meeting agenda.
B. 
The request must be submitted four business days prior to the established meeting date to the Town of Boonton Administrator or designee.
Every regularly scheduled public workshop meeting agenda shall include a section dedicated to Town Council member comments and entitled on the agenda as "Town Council Member Comments."
A. 
All correspondence addressed to the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Boonton shall be forwarded to the Mayor and the full Town Council in a good faith effort within two business days of receipt.
B. 
All such correspondence shall also be provided to the Town Administrator within two business days or in a good faith effort within two business days.
C. 
Upon proof of willful disregard of this requirement, and in accordance with law, an employee may be subject to discipline, including, but not limited to, termination.
