The Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village.
Any filling, excavating, grading, altering, or development
of land within the Village that requires approval from the BZA based
on an application for a variance, fill permit, or site plan approval.
Any Person who performs BZA Site Work in the Village, including,
but not limited to, a general contractor, construction manager, or
property owner obtaining a permit for BZA Site Work.
A license issued by the Village to perform BZA Site Work
in the Village.
Any Person, other than the owner of a single-family dwelling,
or an employee of the owner of a single-family dwelling, who performs
Irrigation Work.
An underground, aboveground, or grade-level system, whether
automatic or manually operated, that allows or provides a means to
apply controlled amounts of water to land for irrigation.
The design, installation, operation, repair, or maintenance
of an Irrigation System in the Village.
A license issued by the Village to perform Irrigation Work
in the Village.
A license issued by the Village to perform Landscaping in
the Village.
Any Person, other than the owner or an employee of the owner,
who performs Landscaping, gardening, or tree removal in the Village
as a contractor.
The cultivation, fertilization, seeding, planting, cutting,
trimming, removal, pruning, or maintenance of grass, shrubs, plants,
trees, or other foliage.
Any individual, partnership, company, corporation, association,
firm, organization, administration, department, contractor, subcontractor,
municipal entity, or any other group of individuals, or any person
or employee thereof.
The Board of Trustees of the Village.
Any highway, public road, public street, private road, private
street, avenue, lane, alley, public place, public driveway, or other
public or private way, whether or not it appears on a filed subdivision
map, or on the official Village Map and provides access to more than
one property.
Any Person who performs Thoroughfare Work in the Village.
Any disturbance, digging, trenching, or work on, in, or under
any Thoroughfare in the Village. Any installation, improvement, paving,
repair, or maintenance of any Thoroughfare.
A license issued by the Village to perform Thoroughfare Work
in the Village.
The Incorporated Village of Sands Point.
The technical, operational, and insurance requirements for
BZA Site Work and BZA Site Work Contractors in the Village as published
on the Village's website, or as directed by information on the
Village's website.
The local laws, ordinances, and certain resolutions of the
Village.
The technical and operational requirements for any Existing
Irrigation System or New Irrigation System, to be maintained, installed,
or operated in the Village, as published on the Village's website,
or as directed by information on the Village's website.
The technical, operational, and insurance requirements for
Landscaping and Landscapers in the Village as published on the Village's
website, or as directed by information on the Village's website.
The technical, operational, and insurance requirements for
Thoroughfare Work and Thoroughfare Work Contractors in the Village
as published on the Village's website, or as directed by information
on the Village's website.
